Each project begins with a thorough assessment of your property and its unique characteristics, the existing structure, site conditions, and how mountain weather and terrain will affect the work. You'll work with a dedicated project manager who communicates regularly, makes decisions efficiently, and ensures nothing is overlooked. Our renovations are built to perform for decades. The homes we completed fifteen or twenty years ago still pass inspections cleanly and require minimal maintenance, which speaks to how we approach craftsmanship and material selection from the start.

We offer in-house design and drafting services, or we collaborate directly with your architect. Our design team's experience building throughout Western North Carolina informs decisions about siting, orientation, material selection, and how spaces will function across seasons. If you're working with an architect, we engage from the earliest design phases to ensure their vision accounts for site conditions, structural requirements, and regional building standards. If you're beginning with our team, we develop plans based on how you intend to use the property, refining layout, flow, and details through multiple iterations before construction begins.
